OBSERVES 70TH CLASS REUNION - This weekend's homecoming observance at East Cen– tral Community College will have special meaning for Francis Smith of Decatur, whose graduating class will observe its 70th reunion. Mrs. Smith is shown displaying a photo of APPEARED I the 1930 group, which represents the first class to graduate from the two-year institution, LAKE MESSEfounded in 1928.
