Rushing is Hannah Scholarship recipient Sebastopol High School graduate Angela Rushing is the 1998 recipient of the R.O. and Bertha Hannah Scholarship to attend East Central Community College In Decatur. The outstanding student Is shown receiv– Ing the award from Randall E. Lee, ECCC dean of students. Also pictured Is the scholarship recipient's mother, Barbara Rushing. The presentation was made at the Coll~ge's annual Scholarship Awards Lun– cheon held on the Decatur campus.
