RECEIVES PACE SCHOLARSHIP- Newton CoWlty Academy graduate Allen Wilson is the 1998 recipient of the Polk and Jennie Pace Scholarship to attend East Central Community College in Decatur. The outstanding student is shown receiving the award from family representatives Reba Pace DeBari and her husband, Gerald DeBari. Also pictured are the scholarship r:ecipient's parents, Deborah and Dal id Wilson. The presentation was made at the College's annual Scholarship Awards Lwtcheon held an the Decatur Campus. Mr. and Mrs. DeBaris recently added a $500 contribution to the endolvment corpus. (ECphoto)
