ECCC elects 1998-99 Cheerleaders

College cheerlcading squads for 1998-99 have been announced by Virginia Pave, sponsor. ~e­ lections were made followmg tryouts held on the Decatur cam– pus. Those chosen include Amy Clark ofChunky; Jennifer Pace of Decatur; Jessica Hester of Pearl; Daphne ' Hudnall and Leslie Brackeen, both of Hickory: Nikki Way and J~y Poole, both of Newton; Stacie Slayton of Enterpri se; Tesa Henry afForest; Emily Johns~n, Bryan Madison, Ryan White and Michael Scarbrough, all of Philadelphia: Jeremy Nowell of Nanih Waiya; AlexLeeofLake; and Chris VanEtten of Scott Central. ECCC to Hold Fashion Show The Fashion Squad at East Central Community College in Decatur wi ll hold a spring fashion show, "The Grand Finale," on Tuesday, March 31, at 7 p.m. in the Vickers Fine Arts Auditorium, announced Alice Pounce), sponsor The 1997-98 school year marks the last year the fashion·squad will be offered at ECCC.
