ENDOW BOGGAN SCHOLARSHIP - With a gift of almost $13,000, family and friends have endowed the Dr. Austin P . Boggan Scholarship at East Central Community College in Decatur. The annual award honors the Decatur physician and his over 40 years service in the health care field. Earnings from the endowment principle will fund a scholarship for a pre-med student.
