:Officials of Merchants and Farmers Baru P · ade ph1a have funded a $1 ,000 scholarship prO'gram 'for students who attend East Central Commun ry College in Decatur. The bank has pledged $1 ,000 a year for five years, qualifying the financial s<.tuuon for the Investors in Excellence "Loyalty Club" at the College.
