Receives national honor Recognized a; The Notional Junior College Athletic Association's Academic Golf Team of the Year for 1995-96 are the above linksters representing East Central Community College in Decatur. The EC8C student athletes compiled a 3.70 grade point average, second best in the nation among all sports teams representing community and junior colleges Tearn members include (seated from left) Peyton Weems and Dow Thomas, both of Louisville and (standing from left) Jason Driskell of Forest, Lee Wylie of Louisville and Ben Myers of Philadelphia. The ECCC golf team is coached·by Joe Clark.
