Hudspeth was honored after he resigned from the ECCC board to acccrt a six year tenn on the State Board lor Community and Junior Colleges. Following appointment by Governor Ktrk Fordtce and confinna– tion by the Mississippi Senate, Hucbpcth began his tenn on the state board Jul) I. 1996. Hudspeth was the first Winston Countian ever appointed to the ECCC board. havtng been appointed by Winston County Supervisor M. 0 . Boydston in 1967.
