PRESENTED USM SCHOLARSHIP- David Alexander (center) of Little Rock and a 1995 grau·date of East Central Community College, ~as presented the annual University of Southern Mississippi Eddie M. Smith Scholarship during Awards Day activities recently held on the Decatur campus. Alexander, a liberal arts major, graduated from East Central with a 3.4 grade point average. A product of Newton County High School, he Is the son of Mr. and Mrs. William L Alexander of Little Rock.
