PARTICIPATE IN HIGHWAY CLEAN-UP· These East central Community College students who are members of Theta XI Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, an International honor society for two-year col– leges, recently comp leted their spring semester service project which Involved picking up trash along a two-mile stretch of Highway 15 south of Decatur.
