Hanna Joins ECCC Staff

Hanna, a former resident of Itta Bena, previously served as Adminsitrative Assistate to the Executive Vice-President o f Marketing for Viking Range Cor– poration in Greenwood. She served in the position for seven years. Hanna, who began her duties on July 10, said "I love working at East Central. It's great to be back home." An honor graduate of Nanih Waiya High School and East Central Junior College, Hanna continued her education at Mis– sissippi State Univesrity where she received a bachelor's degree in bankingand finance. She is married to Rusty Hanna of Union. They have a son, An– drew, 3. She is the daughter of Nelda and the late Roy Goodin of Louisville. The family plans to reside in Newton County.
Lanette Hanna Winston County native .Lanette Hanna has been selected Recruiter/Tech Prep Career Cen– ter Director for East Central Community College in Decatur, announced Dr. Eddie M. Smith, College president. In this new position, Hanna will recruit for the College, traveling to area high schools and throughout the College's five-county district, which in– cludes Leake, Newton, Neshoba, Scott and Winston counties.
