WORKING TOGETHER FOR STUDENTS- Representatives from East Central Community College and Newton Municipal Schools have combined efforts to form various articulation teams as_a vital part of the Tech Prep Initiative, a relatively new program underway at East Central. The purpose of the articulation component Is to provide linkages between two or more educational systems which assist all students In making a smooth transition from one level to another without experiencing delays, duplication of course work or loss of credit. Several articulation teams have been formed following meetings held on the Decatur campus. Those name
