Asacrifice fly from lvcy drove in Bran– don Gray with the tying run in the bottom of the third. ECCC went up 3-2 in the fourth when Shannon Cooley singled in Brooks Bryan who had reached on a fielder's choice. Hinds took a 4-3lead in the top of the fifth and turned the game over to Chad Brad– ford in the bottom of the seventh. lvey took Bradford's fourth offering deep to give ECCC the win. Gray had two singles for the Warriors. Gray, who entered the day with a .404 batting average, came back to hit two doubles and a single in the mghtcap, but Bradford scattered 10 hits just enough to salvage a split for Hinds. The Warriors closed a 4-1 deficit to 4-3 on a two-out, two-run smgle by John in the bottom of the fourth, but Hinds got a solo homer from Brian Scoggin to lead off the fifth and a run-scoring infield single by Cedric Stewart in the sixth Gray doubled for ECCC in the fifth and Ivey followed with a single, but Ron For– sythe and Matt Smith struck out to kill that ralh Ivey drove in Bryan with a sacrifice fly tn the bottom of the seventh John had a single and a double for ECCC. while Ivey had a pair of singles.
