ECCC is scene for talent concert A list of students and adults from the Newton County area will be performing in a Talent Concert in the Huff Memorial Auditorium at East Central Community College, Decatur, on Tuesday, Oct. 26, beginning at 6:30p.m. The event is bei ng s pon– sored by t he Newton County High School Youth Legislature to raise funds to a ttend t h e State Youth Legisl ature in December. Ma ny tal ented s tudents from Newton County High School will be participating in the event, a spokesman for the Youth Legislataure said. Special entertainment will be furnished by the Round Midnite Blues Band under the direction of Tom Carson at ECCC. Eric Jordan, former NCHS student, will be featured with this group. The. cast of entertainers will include performances in singing, dancing, gymnastics and the ECCC Round Midnite Blues Band. Tickets wi11 be sold at the door f9t $.'l each. 81o :>IOf
