Molpus visits ECCC Secretary of State Dick Molpus, right, recently spoke on the East Central 'Community College campus in Decatur at the request of the school's Student Education Association. Molpus, who announced he plans to seek re-election to a third term, is shown with SEA officers, from left, Sheila Cook of Carthage, secretary; Lela Ladner of Carthage, vice-president; and Tam Cooper of Decatur, president. During his speech in the Fine Arts Center auditorium, the state official urged students to register to vote and become active participants in the electoral process. If re-elected, Molpus said he will either "move up or move out" when the 1995 campaign comes around.
