Six students were inducted into the East Central Community College Hall of Fame for 1990-91 dwing Awards Day activities recently held on the Decatur campus. Those selected for the prestigious honor, the highest award presented to an EC student, include: Cay Clark of Chunky; Michalle Everett of Hickory; Ab Gennany and Karla M-. both of Decatur, Jim Holder of Uaion; and Michelle Mitchell of Morton. Clark, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Clark. is a graduate of Hick– ory High School. She was recently named to the 1991 Academic All– American Team for Community TecluUcal and Junior College Stu– dents. She has also been chosen an All American Scholar and Phi Theta Kappa All-American. At East Central. the liberal arts major has received numerous honors and is involved in various activities. She is President's List Scholar, hav– ing maintained a perfect 4.0 grade point average each semester. She participates in the English and His– tory Honors Programs. She was named to Who's Who Amoog Stu– dents in American Community and Junior Colleges. Clark served as captain of the 1990-91 ECCC Scholars Bowl Team. She is currently vice president of LIFE and secretary for Phi Theta Kappa. She is also a member of Mu AlphaTheta.
