Trampas Amadee pro– vided an insurance run with a triple to right field. Both hits barely eluded JCJC outfielders. Jones had two on with two outs tn the seventh, but Dupuy (5-3) struck out Correll Keys to pre– serve the win. In the opener, JCJC got a lea– doff homer from Scott, followed by a triple from Shane Herrington to take a quick 2-0 lead. Scott added an RBI-double in the fourth, while Herrington's sac– rifice fly gave the Bobcats a 4-0 lead. ECCC's only run came in the fourth when Whitehead singled and scored on Champion's double. Nash singled home JCJC's final run in the sixth.
