Dr. R. Gerald Turner, Ole Miss Chancellor, will appear at East Cen– tr:tl Community College and at ~"'1.00 on Tuesday, ~ovember 27. ctunccllor Turner will speak to Phi Theta Kappa honorary fraternity members at East Central on Tuesday morning, with a reception hosted by the Ole Miss alumni followmg the meeting.
