EC to host symphony pops concert

The Mississipi Symphony Orchestra will present a pops concert March 22 on the cam– pus of East Central Communi– ty College in Decatur. The one– night performance is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. in Huff Auditorium. The concert is sponsored by Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of Jackson and Ea~t Central Community College. , Organized in 1944 , the Mississippi Symphony Or chestra, formerly known as the Jackson Symphony Orchestra, I is the largest performing arts organization in the state. The symphony performs for more than 500,000 Mississippians each year.
