Named to Who's Who The 1990 edition of WHO' S WHO AMONG STUDENTS IN AMERICAN JUNIOR COL– LEGES includes these students from Neshoba County who are enrolled at East Central Com– munity College in Decatur. These outstanding campus leaders join an elite group of students selected from more than 1400 institutions of higher learning in all 50 states, the District of Col– umbia and several foreign nations.
