Named to Who's Who The 1990 edition of WHO'S WHO AMONG STUDENTS IN AMERICAN JUNIOR COL– LEGES includes tbese students from Newton County wbo are enrolled at East Central Com– munity College in Decatur. Tbese outstanding campus leadets join an elite group of students selected from more tban 1400 institutions of bigber learning in all SO states, the District of Col– umbia and several foreign nations. Students are chosen based on their academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and potential for continued success.
