Art Association To Exhibit at ECCC The Clay Bluff Art Association began its Nov. 20 meeting in the homemakers kitchen with prayer by Joyce Rushing. Bruce Guraedy next con– gratulated the group for the in– teresting and varied collection of paintings that had been brought for the associations up-corning exhibit at East Central Community College, in late November and early December. He then evaluated the new paintings of members. In the absence of President Mazine Winstead, Esther Watkins presided over a short business ses– sion. Minutes were read by Joyce Rushing; the treasurer's report was given by Charlene Rhodes ; and plans for the annual Christmas par– ty were completed. Members were given their attrac– tive new yearbooks, prepared by Mazine Winstead. Helen Gray's daughter, Virginia Gaillet was a welcomed visitor. The following members attended: Helen Gray, Bruce Guraedy, Marguerette Hamill, Frankie Har– pole, Judy Herring, Shirley Hardy, Peggy Jones, Edna Mayo, Bill Lauderdale, Charlene Rhodes, Joyce Rushing, Sue Saxon, Helen Stribling, Janne Thomas and Esther Watkins.
