ECCC Concert Choir sets concert for Dec. 5 A mixed variety of popular holiday selections will be performed by the East Central Community Concert Choir during the group's annual Christmas Concert scheduled at 7 p.m Tuesday, December 5 in the Fine Arts Center auditorium. Selections include "Whtte Christmas," "Winter Wonderland," "Twelve Days After Christmas," "Mexican Christmas Procession," ''Glory to God in the Highest, " " Regina Coeh, " and " Hallelujah Chorus ' form the MESSIAH. The group is directed by Charles Htnson. Le.Jsa Lee serves as ac– companist Admtssion to the concert is free. ECCC Band to perform in Christmas parades The East Central Community College marching Band will participate tn four Christmas parades scheduled in the five-county district, an– nounced Thomas W. Carson, director. Carson said the highly regarded Warrior Band, led by drum major Kathy Fitzhugh of Morton, will appear in Forest Friday, December 1; in Louisville Saturday, December 2; in Carthage Monday, December 4; and in Decatur Friday, December 8. Because of conflicts in scheduling, Carson said the East Central musicians are not able to participate in all Christmas parades throughout the district.
