Mr. Harvey Trapp reported on the major maintenance needs assessment and the consideration of opening bids for the reroofing of Huff Auditorium. The progress of the Student Recruitment Task Force, the status of the Herman Robinson Lawsuit Appeal, and reports on the District Supervisors' meeting, plans for homecoming, and Dr. Smith's responsibilities with the SACS Commission on Colleges were disclosed by Dr. Eddie Smith. Mr. Jerry Nance of Winston County, replacing Mr. Walter C. Fulton, was welcomed as a new member of the Board of Trustees.
