Teri Walton and Brenda Munn ECJCOutstanding campus Leaders Named
tary of Le Circle Francais. Brenda Munn, a business education major is the daught– er of Mr. and Mrs.. J .H. Munn of Philadelphia. Miss Munn was a freshman class officer in her freshman year, is sophomore cheerlead– er, and treasurer of the Student Body Association.· She was a member of the 1978-79 championship intra– mural flag football team the "Athletic Supporters". Intramural softball, basket– ball, varsity tennis, and the ECJC Players she also partici– pates in. In addition she was selected to serve on the Junior College Advisory Council to Congressman G. V. "Sonny" Montgomery. These East Central students join an elite group of students from more than 700 institu– tions of higher learning in all. 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
Two Neshoba County stu– dents are among the ·12 from East Central Junior College to have been selected among the country's most outstanding campus leaders and will be listed in the 1978-79 edition of Who's Who in American Junior Colleges. Campus nominating com– mittees and editors of the annual directory have select– ed these students based on their academic achievement, service to the community, leadership in extracurricular activities and future potential. Neshoba County students are Teri Walton and Brenda Munn. . Miss Walton is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. E . w41ton of Union. Majoring in liberal arts, her future plans are to work in a health related field. She was named to the Dean's List last year. She is a member of Phi Theta Kappa honor society and the Le Circle Francais (French Club) . She participated in the 1977 Dinner Theater and holds offices in Phi Theta Kappa as ~i id t and is secre-
