JEANE'ITE BARNES Leake Student Named ECJC Player Of Week East Central Junior College student Jeannette Barnes, a sophomore from Carthage, was chosen Jaycee player of the week for her per– fmnances in the Jones and East Miss. Junior College games. In the Jones game she scored 20 points in the first half as East Central coasted to an easy victory. She was her team's leading scorer against East Miss. with 21 points. Her average for the first eight games of the season is 20.1.
