FOOD SERVICE CHANGES AT ECJC

Added on Jan. 3 to the many conveniences of the serving line were new salad dispensers which provide seven salad dressings in addition to the standard dressings. ARA, whose regional headquar· ters are in Atlanta, has provided food services for the college for seventeen years. Presently, the staff serves an estimated 15,000 meals per month. ARA is always receptive tb any suggestions for improvement of its services and strives to ofter ~ nourishing and appetiZing meals for both re~ diets anc!_~ ized diets.
