Resigns Pery Winegarden, Busi– ness Manager of East Cen– tral Junior College, resigned his position here to become a Budget Ana– lyst with the Mississippi Commission of Budget and Accounting. Winegarden, a native of Gulfport, came to East Central in 1974 after serving four years in the Airforce as a Budget Officer in the Air Force Systems Command. He is a graduate of Gulf Coast Jun– ior College and Mississippi State with a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Winegarden of Gulfport. Winegarden and his wife, the former Lyda Sue White of Poplarville, and their three daughters, Lisa, Laura, and Layne will reside hi Clinton.
