4waits ECJCIwq First Game New lighting and bleachers will await East Central Junior College football fans when they meet at the Warrior stadium ror the first home game, rhursday, September 7, at De- :atur. Another change takingplace lt the stadium i s the switch )f the East Central spectators Irom the East side to the West. New bleachers have been onstructed on the West side, previously occupied by the visitors, which will have a eating capacity of 2,480. Cost f the new bleachers alone is 27,280. Visitors to East Central ill view the games from tl ast side of th field, former11 used by the local spectator . These old bleachers ha1 been painted and repairec with an elevated walkway add ed to replace the first thre steps. The old portable bleachers used by the visitors hav- been moved to the basebal , field. ' The new press box abov the "home " bleachers con tains a separate area fo ' making movies of the games as well as accomodate pres and radio representatives, th public address system andth~ scoreboard and clock @!era tors. New lighting has also madc a great change at Warrioi I field. Light poles have beel moved from off the field t~ behind the stadium seats, and eighty new Mercury-Iodide lights have replaced the inca- "escant lights formerly used.
