The councils serve a s direct lines of communications between the Congressman and the youth of the Fourth Congressional District. The council has already been

organized a t Meridian Junior College, Me- ridian; and will be set up a t Holmes Junior College, Goodman; and East Mississippi Junior College, - Scooba. This i s the third year Montgomery has organized advisory councils in the junior colleges in his dis- trict. During the academic yedr, the C ~ a r e s a - man will visit each campus personally, talk with the councils by special telephone-loud speaker hookups from his Washington office, and send out a periodic youth newsletbr. -
