Policy Title: ATTORNEY FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees employs an attorney on a retainer basis for needed consultation. The attorney receives an annual remuneration for his services. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to employ additional counsel for specialized issues when needed.
