Policy Title: SECRETARY

The Secretary of the Board of Trustees shall:

1. Preside in the absence of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman with full authority to conduct regularly scheduled meetings;

2. Be responsible for maintaining an accurate record of the minutes of the Board;

3. Complete any required reports;

4. Sign necessary legal documents and papers which have been approved by the Board of Trustees;

5. Sign the minutes of all Board meetings.
