Policy Title: VICE-CHAIRMAN

The Vice-Chairman of the Board shall:

1. Preside in the absence of the Chairman and have all of the executive powers of the Chairman when serving in the absence of the Chairman;

2. In regular session when Chairman is present, participate as a regular Board member.
