Vice President for Student Services; 33. Report any accidents/incidents that may have liability involved to the Vice President for Business Operations and Vice President for Student Services in a timely manner; 34. Maintain all data as required by the Student Right-To-Know and Campus Security Act, Public Law 101-542; Report this data annually as required by law; 35. Serve on Discipline Committee when called upon; 36. Ensure that the College is properly National Incident Management System (NIMS) certified. 37. Perform other duties as assigned.
