Policy Title: OFFICERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Officers of the Board shall be Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary, who will be elected from the Board of Trustees by its membership. Officers shall be elected to serve two-year terms with elections being held in December of odd-numbered years. Vacancies in office shall be filled at the next regular meeting after they occur. Any officer may succeed himself/herself.
