5. Administrators, faculty, and employees shall go through proper Board and administrative channels with any request or complaint they may have. F. The Board shall periodically evaluate the effectiveness by which the college is achieving its mission and require such records from the President and others, if members deem it necessary, to keep informed of the operation of the college. G. The Board shall inform the public concerning the progress and needs of the college and shall weigh public opinion as it affects the college, notifying the President of any issues affecting the operation of the college.
