Policy Title: WITHDRAWAL FROM THE RESIDENCE HALL A student who wishes to move from the dormitory must obtain a withdrawal form from the Director of Housing/Student Activities. Room and board charges will continue until the student has completed the withdrawal procedure. A student should complete withdrawal from the dormitory on the Friday before room and board payments are due on Monday.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE RESIDENCE HALL (END-OF-SEMESTER)

Students who do not plan to return to the dormitory at the end of the semester are required to complete an end-of-semester withdrawal form and turn in their key in order to be refunded the room deposit. (Cross reference Policy 815) (Revised 6/8/10; Reviewed 3/8/16)
