10. All hourly employees are subject to call anytime in case of emergencies. Hourly employees who are called in to work in response to an emergency (other than holidays) will be paid a minimum of two (2) hours, plus any additional hours worked above two (2) hours. 11. Hourly personnel who are required to work at ECCC on a holiday will be compensated at the rate of time and a half for each hour worked. 1. In accordance with Section 7(k) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Law enforcement personnel will receive overtime after 171 hours worked during a 28-day work period. 2. Campus Police Officers have the unique responsibility of providing 24-hour protection of students, personnel, and campus guests and to protect College property. When required to work on a paid holiday listed under Full-Time Hourly Employees in Policy No: 722 HOLIDAYS, Campus Police Officers will be paid at time and a half. 3. Campus Police Officers will be furnished with five official College uniforms. Officers are responsible for cleaning of uniforms. Upon ending employment with the College, uniforms will be returned to the Campus Police Office.
