Policy Title: EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION IN GRADUATION

The May commencement exercise is the only one held during the year. All administrators, professional staff, and faculty, attired in appropriate academic regalia, are expected to take part in the annual commencement ceremony. Those unable to participate must report the absence to their respective supervisor who will then notify the Vice President for Instruction. A day of leave must be taken for the absence.
