RESOURCE PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT: Strategic investments in human, physical, financial, and technological resources have a fundamental impact on the desired outcomes of a community college. Therefore, we will align our resources with our vision, mission, core values, and institutional commitments and pursue innovative resource utilization and development strategies in an effort to ensure student success and community development. COMMUNICATION: Clear, concise, and timely communication with internal and external constituencies is a critical success factor for any effective organization. Therefore, we will develop comprehensive strategies and implement broad plans and/or policies to advance our visibility and to educate, engage, and involve stakeholders in the achievement of the college vision and the performance of the college mission.
