Policy Title: PUBLIC INFORMATION

The Vice President for Public Information is responsible for maintaining contacts with all news organizations – traditional and new media - and releases all news items from the college to the media. All personnel of the college should channel news items for consideration for release through the Vice President for Public Information in the Office of Public Information. Copies of all advertising, brochures, catalogs, mass mail outs, etc., must be approved by the Vice President for Public Information in the Office of Public Information before release and must be properly branded and exhibit integrity and responsibility. The content and design of publications produced and distributed by the institution must accurately reflect the institution and give rigorous attention to the principles of good practice.
