Policy Title: USAGE OF CELLULAR PHONES OWNED BY THE COLLEGE

Based on state law regarding ownership and use of cellular telephones by state agencies, it is the policy of the College to limit the ownership and use of cellular telephones to the College’s Police Force and to the College’s contracted security personnel. All calls, incoming and outgoing, from the College’s cellular telephone must be related to College business only. No personal telephone calls, incoming or outgoing, will be allowed on the College owned cellular telephone. No reimbursement for business related calls on personal cellular telephones will be allowed.
