Policy Title: STUDENT FEES AND REFUNDS Students will be charged fees for the services provided by the College based on the number of semester hours for which the student enrolls, the residency status of the student, the location of the class, and the type of class. All fees are payable in advance or on the date due as indicated in the College Catalog or its revision. Holds will be placed on transcripts and records for nonpayment of fees, room charges, board payments, fines, etc. Holds may be removed by making payment to the College for the charges applied to the student’s account. Exceptions to this policy must be approved by the President of the College upon receipt of a description and documentation of the extenuating circumstances that would change the accuracy of the charges on the account.
