Policy Title: CHANGE IN GRADE

An instructor initiating a grade correction once the grade has been officially recorded must make a recommendation to the Vice President for Instruction concerning the change. The change will not be made by the Office of Admissions and Records until it is approved by the Vice President for Instruction.
