Policy Title: TECHNICAL PROGRAMS OF STUDY

Technical programs of study are designed to qualify graduates for immediate employment after completion of the Associate in Applied Science. They include not less than 15 semester hours of general education. Specially designed technical courses for skill and knowledge in the technical field selected are developed to assure that students complete 60/61 or more semester hours with a “C” or better average and comply with the model curricula of the Mississippi Community College Board, Office of Curriculum and Instruction.
