Above: The heating and cooling system in Newton Hall is being replaced. Upgrades had not been made since the building was constructed in the 1970s and the equipment could no longer be maintained properly and efficiently; above right: An ADA accessible ramp, which will replace the antiquated chair lift system for Huff Auditorium, is being constructed on the east side of the building; below right: Deerfoot Trail is a recent extension to the Dick Livingston Recreational/Study Trail. Several trees were cut and cleared within the circle of the paved trail so the lake could still be seen; below: A new Pavilion has been constructed at the ECCC tennis courts which includes an observation deck, and in time will have storage and locker rooms on the bottom level.
