ECCC Yearbook takes third place in state competition

East Central Community College in Decatur was one of 10 Mississippi Community and Junior Colleges par– ticipating in the 2014- 15 Mississippi Community and Junior College Press Association Yearbook Competition. ECCC's yearbook, Wo-He-Lo, finished third overall. The yearbooks are judged on seven cate– gories including cover, theme, struc– ture, typography, design, copy and pho– tography. The Wo-He– Lo took the top a ward in the photography category; second place in both the copy and design categories; third place in typog– raphy; tied for third place in t he cover design and structure categories; and fifth place in the theme category.
