ECCC To Present 'Fine Arts Christmas Spectacular' Dec. 1 The East Central

The Cultural Arts series brings performing artists and visual artists to the campus throughout the year for both EC students and the community, ac– cording to Vicki Blaylock, ECCC Fine Arts Depart– ment Chair.
