ECCC hosts FBLA-PBL conference

East Central Community College alumna Leslie Nash (center) was the keynote speaker at the Mlsslsslppi Future Busines s Leaders ofAmerica-Phi BetaLambdaFall Leadership Conference held recently on the ECCC campus in Decatur. The conference was hosted byECCC's ThetaChi Chapter of PBL. Nash, who graduated from East Cen– tral in 2008, is the executive producer for WJTV 12 in Jackson. The Union native was president of PBL whlle a student at East Central Community College, wlnn1ng four first-place awards at both the state and national level PBL competitlons. In 2009, Nash was inducted into the Mississippi Phi BetaLambda Hall of Fame. Phi BetaLambda ls the premier business education association preparing students for careers in business and success in llfe.
