Gordy receives ECCC's 'special award'

A Scott County student was among the recipients of "special" awards during the annual East Central Community College Awards Day ceremonies held recently in HuffAudi– torium on the Decatur cam– pus. Kristen Gordy of Forest received the Ann Burkes Phi Theta Kappa Scholar– ship Award. The ceremony featured numerous students from across East Central Missis– sippi who received a vari– ety ofawards in the various programs offered ,at East Central Community Col– lege.
